database in server

my boss want the database in server & the software can access by client with level.I make database with ms acceess & save it in my document.When i use oledbdataadapter,there is form ask me" Do you want copy your database in your project?(yes/no)". If i make software setup/installer should i put the database in my project or not,cause my bos want the database save in server.

Another problem when i make setup/installer from my another software,there is missing file "VS_SETUP.MSI",so i can't countinue my setup.I browse the cd Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 & search that file but there is nothing

Somebody can help me
