Question Database 3rd normal form??

Hi,

Making a application, is this in 3rd normal form:
Its a stock control system.

A stock item can have Many departments linked to it, , A Client can have departments. Each department can have many stock items, but a stock item can only have 1 item.

Each Stock item can have many locations

IS this correct - if not then how would i go about correcting it ?

I see this:

but I see no direct relationship between those two entities in the diagram.
