Sorry for not sending proper details.Here is the proper details.I want to retrieve loan record from database which i had sent u to the renewal form in the renewal Vb.net based on the memberid.After the loan item are display in the form,I want to select certain things in the checkbox form the loan record to be renewed.After i click on "Renewal Selection" button,It should display the message "Your Items Are Renewed Successfully".When I click on "Clear Selection" button,the checkbox should be clear.

I'm afraid i don't understand, i've checked out your project and can't find anything in there that is doing what you are saying. The only thing there is some code for the user to login and verify the details.

Are you saying we code that thing for you?
one more thing... make ur code in accessing your DB dynamic...
