custom level text

After how many posts i can have a custom level text ... i.e. instead Forum Moderator i want to add my custom text?

Hello Kulrom,

Custom titles are not enabled. Only the system assigned activity level nick names are in use with exception of the moderators.

But, don't you think it's prolix if i can have only Forum Moderator text there?
