Question Creating WAV Files ?

Well, i've been looking at something like this

But is not what i'm looking for.

I want to know how to create a wav or a mp3 file using the system Beep !

Simple i want to write a wav file with the specific Console.Beep(700, 220) Sound.

It is possible ?
