Question creating application using visual studio

Hello you guy out there, am a beginner in programming, and now i have o task to on developing application. Please i need someone to put me through this project.
Code to create registration of user using visual studio
Encrypting code
I need code to link textbox with button for log in
I need code to accept data from textbox and save to database when i click save on the window
Code to accept picture from user and upload to profile
Code that will get data from user interface and store to database, and also retrieve data from database when needed

If you know how to program, what have you done and where exactly are you stuck? If you don't know how to program, that would be the place to start.

yes i do, but not perfect. and i will love to be a professional application developer(software development, web application, window application e.t.c) i will be glad if you can help me out.
