Creating a Help Button (file) in .Net

Is it possible to create a Help file in .Net on a stand alone application (not web-based)? A help file with an index like you see in other applications. Just hi-lite the key word and a finition on what it is and what it does.

It would be a button on each page with information specific to that page.

The application I was thinking of using these help buttons is pretty complicated already (mostly because of the level of my .Net ability, tongue in cheek). I did look at the link you provided, it looks like its the answer to my question. I am hesitant about doing something new to my application. I was hoping it was in .net already and I just had drag something into the forms.
