create files during intsallation

hi guys now i created a webservice that return its response in a txt file.

to make my setup i clicked on file-->add--> add new project -->other project types --> setup and deployment --> setup project --> change the name to MySetup

but now i want to create a txt files (STResponse.txt) and (param.txt) so it can be created when during the setup of the windows service.

any help please

Simply you can write click in the Solution Explorer and you can add files manualy
but i Recomended that you dont use the vb.net Setup and Devolopment to Setup Your Programe
Use Win Rar or Setup Factory Its Easy
