Copy a folder?

I saw a post from 3 years ago (http://www.vbdotnetforums.com/vb-net-general-discussion/1721-copy-folder-content-other-location.html) that looked like the "state of the art" way to copy a folder was to just copy all the files recursively. Has vb.net 2008 introduced a function to do this? I still dont see a System.IO.Directory.Copy...

It's still not built into the Framework to copy a folder like that, you can still do it recursively.

Besides, you're using VS 2003, MS stopped updating that Framework back in... 2003 so you'll never see it. They may eventually add it to a Framework sometime after 4.0 though.

Ah, that is simply a function of me not having current info in my user profile It's updated now.

Hopefully we'll see some of these things added in 2010 or whenever the make a new one !

VS 2010 is in Beta as is .Net 4.0, they're adding a lot of neat things to the FW, especially multithreading.
