Convert from SQL server to MS Access

Hi!
How can we convert our database from SQL Server to MS Access!?
Is there any software available for this purpose?

Open MSSQL Server Management Studio > locate DB you want to convert and right-click > Tasks > Export Data - then just follow the wizzard and do not forget to select MS Access as Destination as well as existing MS Access file in File name field.
