connect vb.net to ibmmq explorer

My question is how to connect vb.net to message queue manager which is present inside MQ explorer . Here can we use .net classes and amqmdnet.dll for connectivity .If not please guide me how to connect application and please provide templet code for vb.net to ibmmq . And here we are using ServerCon for creating channel
