Compare text file

Hi guys

i want to get text from a text file and compare it to another

the text file will only have one word in it

i want to compare the text to the text in another file

can someone please give me an example as I don't know what I'm doing wrong
I know it's simple but for some reason having difficulty doing it

File.ReadAllText will read the contents of a file into a String. Once you have two Strings, you can compare them like you would any other two Strings.
