Question Code to interface device using serial port(RS232)?

Hi Guys....am new to this community.

I need to interface micro controller it the help of serial port please somebody help me to write a VB.NET code for the same. I want to just receive and send bits which my program uses.

Hey John ...that code is for console application, but my need is for windows form application. Is there any code for windows form application in visual studio 2010.

There is no difference in what classes you use, ie the SerialPort class is what you use.
