Checkbox Column in datagridview

Alright

I am looking for a bit of help, i need to check and uncheck a checkbox column in a datagridview, but can not find this anywhere even on the net.

I am aslo wondering if you can use the value as i need to update a field through a stored procedure.

Can any1 help me with some sample code or even point me in the right direction
