Check If string is in a combo box list?

Hi everyone,I'm having kind of a hard time about this, just would like to ask if anyone knows how to check if a string that is input by the user in a text of combo box is in the list of the combo box? If you can give me an example your help will be much appreciated...thank you...

It's one method call: FindStringExact.
