Capture the incoming mails

Hello All,

I am trying to capture all the attributes of the incoming mails to the common inbox of my team through a macro which I created in my outlook.

But I want to know how can I create the same kind of tool in VB.Net so that I can it installed in the server & which directly capture the mail coming the common inbox of my team.

Should it directly communicate with the exchange server to capture the mails..??

Or is there any other way ..??

Please guide.
