cannot look at the Form1.vb[Design] anymore

I am working on a windows form, and need to modify a lot of code today, so I want to save a copy before I touch the Form1.vb, don't want to change the designer, so I didn't save the whole copy of the project. I copied Form1.vb to another folder, changed the original one's name to something like Form1_1207.vb and then copied the Form1.vb in the other folder back, I should have done all these after closing the MS Studio which had this project opened, but I didn't, then it asked me to reload, which I said yes, then I can never View Designer, I still have Form1.designer.vb, and Form1.resx and Form1.vb, I just cannot look at the Form1.vb[Design] anymore. Can I find it somewhere or in anyway I can restore it? Please help! Thanks a lot!!

try removing it from the project, then re-adding it- add existing item

Thanks Paul. I found out why the designer is missing, it is because I defined another class outside of Form1 class but in the same file "Form1.vb", it doesn't bother me at all before I did all the copy, paste files, but now the designer said it only take the first class in Form1.vb, so I moved this 'another class' definition after Form1 class is defined, still in the same Form1.vb, the designer reappear. I don't understand this, if the designer really only take the first class in the file, why it didn't bother me before?
