Is below sample hard to do in report viewer in VS 2012 or what I should to have doing below report? It looks so complex for me..
Question Can I make that sample in Report Viewer or third one?

The ReportViewer control is just for viewing reports. You create reports in the report designer.
That report will not be easy to create anywhere because it's quite complex but Reporting Services can handle it.

You mean that I don't need to use a third party one like Active Report or Crystal Report, right?
That is correct.
