is there a way so when the mouse hovers over the button then the button will move some were else

Handle the MouseHover event of the Button and set its Location property.

Have you created event handlers before? You can use the drop-down lists at the top of the code window. Select the object from the left and then the event from the right.

or for a more instant relocation of the button use the button's MouseEnter event to move it
