Binding Handle Error

I am trying to do a very simple "hello World button. When I try to run it I get an error message saying "binding handle is invalid. What does that mean?

I am a beginner at vb.net and just did the simple Hello World, one line of code, example. When I try to run it I get an error message, "binding handle is invalid." Can you tell me what it means and what to do?

Try checking out these to posts. Common fix seems to be going into services and setting Terminal Service to manual and rebooting.
