Please allow me to explain. I created a freeware program which is now listed on several download sites, most notably Softpedia and CNET. The Review Editor from Softpedia reviewed my program and one of his negative reports was the skin color. I am therefore in the process of changing the skin color for a future version.
My question is: what is the easiest way to change the name of the file so that the current version data is not lost and the new version will be easily accessible when I launch VB 2008 in order to continue editing.
I realize that this is very academic, but not easy if you are not sure of the best way.
Thank you for your time, I really appreciate it.
