What's the likelihood that there will be a site dedicated to banking applications in VB.NET? Not very high I'd say. The principles of coding in VB.NET are the same regardless of what you're trying to achieve. There are various tutorial links in my signature that could be of help. Once you have the basics down and you have a better idea of what you want to achieve, then you can ask some more specific questions.
