Automate MS Word Spell Check

I am using MS Word 2010 spell check to check spelling on text boxes in a 2010 windows form. The code I am using is similar to this website;

VB Helper: HowTo: Call Word to spell check from Visual Basic .NET

However, it has stopped working correctly due to something with the clip board in windows that stores the open programs. In the past the spell check window would always open up in the forefront of all open applications for the user to see. Now it seems that it always opens in the back ground as the last application in the clip board so that the only way you can access the spell check window is to press ALT+Tab and tab over until you are on the MS Word icon in the clip board. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get the MS Word appliction to always open up in the forefront. It has become very frustrating for our using because they thnik the application is freezing up.
