auto renaming

i want to make an app in vb.net in which app can read the first line of the txt file and after reading it will change the name of that file accordign to it.
for example
file named as A.txt in A.txt first line in "text file for final project"
after opening through vb.net app it rename it to text,........txt
i am new in vb.net so seeking help/

You read a file using a StreamReader. You rename a file using the IO.File.Move method.
