Asp.net News scroller

I am very new to asp.net, and I am trying to find the best practice of using a news scroller.

I want to scroll news stories vertically with a link to the article. I would like the scroller to populate from a datatable I pull.

Also when the mouse hovers it I want it to stop scrolling.

If someone could point me in the right direction for this news scroller, I'd approciate it. Also I would like to make this news scroller a user control so I can easily put it on a couple differant pages.

I ended up using a flash scroller. It worked out very well.

The demo version puts a little ad for the company in the corner, but it didn't bother me. It also is very easy to encorporate into a website and modify.

Yeah, the flash scrolling thing looks good. But, you can achieve the same using Javascript. Try dynamicdrive.com, there are some scripts which display scrolling content. Easy to implement and there will be no Ads.
