ASP.NET 2.0 in production?

So I'm reading up on ASP.NET 2.0 and I decide to download Visual Web Developer 2005 Express. I was pretty impressed and excited about the new features. I find it cumbersome to work in Visual Studio 2003 at times and I think Microsoft has definitely made improvements in this lightweight version.

Some of the new controls are sweet!

So my question for you guys/gals is: Would you use 2.0 in a production environment at this point?

I'm in the planning stage of developing an ecommerce app for one of my clients. I'm tempted to use 2.0 but the voices in my head whisper "danger".

I'd appreciate any feedback from experienced developers. Thanks

Well you've got to remember VS2005 is still a beta. Personally I would go with 2003, especially for a client.

He is right, VS2003 would be safer, but I have not had any problems with VWD2005, so...its really a matter of taking a risk.
