I am working on an application that needs to take in arabic names in arabic and be displayed properly. The ones that have no numbers in front of them display properly in our application, but once we put a number in front, it displays it improperly.
I was wondering if anyone had done any work with any languages that read right to left and have a number as the first character.
An example of what I am looking at.. 2-(Acetylamino) fluorene should be displayed as the following: ٢-(أسيتل أمينو) فلورين but I am getting it in my grid with the ٢ (2) first. Now I know it is not the property of the grid for reading right to left, as non-numerical names display properly.
Any idea on why this would display incorrectly?
Thanks.
