Question application work to a PC without MS.Office installed?

Hi there,

I have made a Windows application that uses MS.Access as database. My VB.NET project includes the database file. My questions are:

1. Will my application work to a PC without MS.Office installed?

and if 1 is yes then

2. The database is made using MS.Access 2003. Will my application work to a PC, if an older or newer MS.Access version is installed there?
