Greetings...
I am a web application security tester and I am planning to build a web application testing proxy, something similar to paros (Parosproxy.org - Web Application Security) and fiddler (Fiddler Web Debugger - A free web debugging tool). I used to develop small applications using VB6 years back, but somewhat new to VB.net.
I basically you need help from the community in the aspects of how to manage a application development project from the beginning state (ideas) to getting the application developed. With regards to this project which I am going to start I don't have any idea where to start from, so if there are people who had already developed application similar to this please let me know how you got with the development concept.
