application deployment with dataTable

Where could I get some info on how to package an Access data table(several) with my application such that when installed on a machine which already has Access installed , the application is ready to run .

The application is ready to run regardless. One of the reasons people choose to use Access is that there's no need to install any server or application. You should create a Setup project and add your MDB file to it. Now the database will be installed with your app and ready to use.
