I have developed an application, in vb.net 2005 where I store some constants in the app.config.xml. When I install the application in WIndows XP I can edit the file, change it and then save it. However when I install it in vista, I can edit it but not save it because it says that it cannot be modified.
Does anyone know what's causing this problem?
