Another dataset issue

I have a datagridview , a dataadapter and a dataset. the data source for the datagridview is the dataset. I have a form that opens for adding records. When data has been entered into the form I add a row to the dataset then do an update on the dataadpter. The new row appears in the datagridview. But if I refill the dataset the new row isn't there. Closing the app and restarting, the new row appears in the datagridview. (single user Access db)

Any ideas ?
