ADODB.field cannot be converted to Date

Hi Guys,

I'm new with vb.net and getting the error "ADODB.field cannot be converted to Date" with the below code.

Temptable = "GDC_" & CStr(Month(rsNewFlatFile("Date"))) + Mid(CStr(Year(rsNewFlatFile("Year"))), 2).ToString & "GDC"
