Adding userdefined form into VS.NET setup project

Hi,
I need to add one custom form into my SetUp project. But as per the MS VS.NET, we can add any custom forms at the end using "Custom Action" section. But my requirement is, to add my form at the middle of the setup ( say after "Welcome" form).

Is any one knows, how to solve these kind of situation. Please do let me know you thoughts on the same.

Have you tried the User Interfaces Editor of a setup project?

In the User Interface Editor, we are allowed to add only the existing dialogs rite but i want to add my own dialog. Can you get what i am looking for?
