adding data to a cell in excel having more than 255 characters

hiiii everybody

can any body help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i want to insert data into the excel sheet and those data is being fetched from the database and some of the field in my database contains more than 255 characters. so while inserting it shows the error that the amount of data being inserted is of more amount for teh selected fields.

plz tell me how i can solve this problem
