Adding Controls Dynamic

I'm trying to add a DataGridView to a Split Container Panel. I am able to add the control, but it just places it on top of the old one.

What I want is to add it below the existing one.

Can't figure out how to do it.

Control.Location Property (System.Windows.Forms)
You have to calculate that location based on the height of the other one.
