add User Control to toolbox?

I have built some user controls whch work just fine. The problem I have is that I cannot add them to the toolbox for a compact framework project (CE 5.0) even thigh they are displayed in the choose components list. It works OK for a normal windows application.

I can use them OK but have to add the source code to each application.

Any Ideas

You have to reuild the control as a compact framework user control then it works as expected.
