add text from checklistbox to ms access using with...end with

I am huge problem ..after doing all research i cannot be able to get the all checked item to my access column...the query works fine .it insert a only one item from checkedlistbox that also which is selected..plz help me out .any one had anyidea on this plz provide me your mailing is so that i can mail u the sample application...plzzzzzz
