Add shortcuts While Installing?

Hi Guys,

I Have an Application with VB.net in the front end and SQLite DB at the backend as th database

While installing the application
How to add the Application to the Start menu and also Create a Shortcut on the user desktop. how can this be implemented
Plese give me the Detailed Steps............

How to: Add and Remove Shortcuts in the File System Editor
View filesystem in the setup project, create a shortcut in Desktop and Program Menu folders pointing to primary output in Application folder.
