add-in on Windows XP Home Issue

I have a Windows application that was developed with the .net Framework 2.0. I have used vb.net 2005 to develop the application. The application is a shared add-in (Project 2000) and it works fine under Windows XP Professional, the application DOES NOT work at all under Windows XP Home. I receive no errors, or pop-ups. The Windows XP Home computer is running service pack 2.

Any ideas?
