Question add image to editor

hi,

in project i palce images(smilies) in panel , i also take a WebBrowser in my project.
when i click on image i want to add that image in WebBrowser .

what is the code for it. if any one know please reply me soon.

Where exactly do these images come from in the first place, before they are displayed in the Panel? Are they files or resources?
