accessing masterpage objects from page

Hi,

I have a label object in my master page to display the title of the page i'm loading.

I would like to reference this label object when I load up my page so I can assign it the correct value.

Is this possible? It seems my Page is not even aware of which master page it has assigned to it.

CType(Master.FindControl("lblPageTitle"), Label).Text = Me.Page.Title

yeah thats what i ended up doing. i was hoping for a more "typed" way of doing it - it just seems so error prone to do it like this.
