Access Denied to CD Drive

Hello All,

I'm having problems accessing my CD Drive. My program is designed for the user to add his/her FTP information and upload the install files to their server, instead of them doing it themselves... for the most part it works great. However, whenever I try to pull the files off of the CD to upload, it doesn't work!

I've tried everything but here is my code:
