message chat ym account

hi all,:) I want to create an application that can send a message from vb.net to account ym (yahoo messenger). I am still early in vb.net, please help, how to make it, then require any components to be able to send messages to the YM account :confused: ??? sorry my english a bit chaotic, :D...
