filedialogfolderpicker

Hi All, Trying to come up with a method to have a browse button that displays the msoFileDialogFilePicker dialog box so the user can pick a file but also be able to choose a folder if they wish as well... Is there some kind of way of having the filepicker and folderpicker dialog boxes combined...
