context sensitive help

I'd like to be able to have context sensitive help that is stored in a SQL table. I can save it there in HTML format, write an app that displays it, but how can I tie that in to the HelpProvider component? It appears that the HelpProvider can only access CHM or HTM files. Is there any way to...
