Hi again! Is there any way how to make an installation package for my application so that it checks if user computer has framework 2.0 installed and if not - offers to install it from local source (framework installation pack would be added in my install pack)?

Im building an application in my local language (that would be latvian). All special characters are displayed corectly but not when reading txt file into Rich text box... (if win system language is latvian, everything is alright, but it is really uncomfortable to use unpopular system language)...

Ive got child form opened in my parent form - it is maximized by default. Can I disable resize button in menustrip, so that users wont be able to mess around with child form looks?
