I have now loaded the VS.Net into the same directory as windows server2003 enterprise and it is working fine.
The trouble I had with XP Pro is that when I upgraded it messed up my VB files.
I am told that one should first load XP Pro and then install VB6.
I am now running XP...

I think the problem was caused when I upgraded to XP professional.
I have gone back to XP home ed and the package works fine now.

I have developed an application in VB6 and am in the process of importing it into Visual Studio.net.
When I opened the project a dialog came up indicating that it was converting the VB6 project to VB.Net. The conversion completed.
