Try CadLib Hi there, Modest plug here: try the commercial CadLib 2.0 dxf library (http://www.woutware.com/cadlib2.0.html) which can convert dxf to SVG (also pdf or PostScript). There's also a free viewer application which you can use to convert to SVG. Wout
