VB net form on Access Switchboard

I have a form I created in VB.net that calculates age based on a datediff statement. I would like to put this form on the front page of my Access database switchboard. Is this possible? And if so, do I code it directly within Access, or do I code it in VB.net with a direction to go to Access?
